These Terms govern your use of Clefity, a product and distribution layer over licensed banking, lending, HMO, and insurance partners serving musicians in Nigeria.
You're responsible for keeping your login credentials and transaction PIN confidential, and for all activity under your account. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
Clefity is not a bank. Funds are held and moved through licensed partners. Vault sweeps, Gear Bridge loans, Fidelity+ premiums, and marketplace payments are subject to the rates and terms shown at the time you use each feature.
Clefity connects musicians, venues, and gear partners but is not a party to the underlying gig, rental, or purchase agreement between users and partners.
We may update these Terms as the product evolves. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
